Reptile educator Michael Brophy entertains and educates children about various live snakes, lizards and tortoises from around the world, as well as caring for reptiles as pets. This program is recommended for children 5 and older, but all ages welcome. Due to space limitations, library activities cannot accommodate daycare, preschool, or after school care groups. 100 free tickets available at the Information Desk five minutes prior to the program. Robert Papineau’s delightful Pippin Puppets present a lively puppet show all about imagination! The wading-pool becomes the Simmerdown Sea where we find pirate treasure, meet mermaids, play with sea monsters and challenge outrageous Captain Squinty! Lots of fun audience participation. School Spring Break Movies & Munchies for Kids

Looking for something fun to do during school spring break? Bring your lunch to the library and enjoy a movie! Snacks and beverages provided. Children of all ages welcome. Children ages 4 and younger must attend with a caregiver. Caregivers of children attending independently must remain in the library during the movie. No registration required.
