Spring 2008 Book Discussions

Willow Run by Patricia Reilly Giff Wednesday, May 28, 2008 World War II has changed everything for eleven-year-old Meggie Dillon. Her older brother is fighting in Europe and now her family must move to Willow Run, Michigan where her dad has a factory job there building B-24's for the war effort. The hardest part for Meggie is leaving behind everything she loves, especially her grandfather and her best friend, Lily. Willow Run turns out to be very different from Rockaway, New York.
